I'm running sierra on a MBP 2016..just purchased and DL'D..but the installer won't open..says error, and after it says that and u try, it doesn't even say that....somebody please help!!!!

any developments...anything?
hey guys.. i have a new mac laptop w the latest OS..i can't use the great game i love anymore..keeps going to an error after 2 secs....have i used the licenses, is it a compatibility issue, no update...? HELP!!!! thank u

i have tried regular activation and offline and it ends up just staying on the screen where u enter codes without going to any other screen...PLEASE HELP
