I am sorry to hear you are having trouble, but without specific information I am unable to help resolve your issues. One general sugestion, try installing to a custom folder, say "C:\tbcb2013" as it might help with the missing fighter problem.

If your fighters are still missing try selecting the "Update from pool" peice of paper in the notice board in the middle. Make sure all the Men and Women are selected (all the boxes have a green tick in) and click "OK" at the bottom. This will re-import any missing fighters into your game.

Re: I could not solve the problem with license.

As I said in your last topic thread your licenses look fine. I have just downloaded and installed the latest OOTP10 release and used both your license numbers to successfully license the game. They both worked flawlessly first time. This means there must be something else going wrong. When you used ...

Re: I installed my license and OOTPX ran fine until I quit...

Did it ask you to re-enter your license or did it say it was unlicensed? Do you have the latest build of the game? You can check this in the top left of the starting screen. Also make sure you have read the FAQ at the top of this forum as it can help with most issues. If nothing helps, use your seco...

Re: Something wrong to enter a license key (serial number)

The serial number pattern 99X-9-XX-99-99 is not exactly correct although it did match earlier serial numbers. The serial number is simply 5 hexadecimal numbers separated by dashes, so "hex-hex-hex-hex-hex" is the right pattern. This means the serial number you indicated is a valid and correct one. I...

Re: Never Received License (OOTPX)

Thats a question for the OOTP chaps as it is not my game. Though technically it is rather awkward to do. Is there nothing you can do with your PayPal account to speed up payment?

Re: Never Received License (OOTPX)

Sorry, I am not an expert with PayPal. I dont even know how you managed to select echeck payment. My PayPal uses my credit card and it all happens straight away. It must have somthing to do with how you set up your account. We are loooking at setting up alternate payment systems but due to anti frau...

Re: Never Received License (OOTPX)

indyumd... You have not received your licenses as your payment is not yet complete. It can take a few days for an echeck to clear and until it does PayPal does not tell me the transaction is complete. You can see the state of your payment by logging into your PayPal account. Once your payment is sho...

Re: Never Received License (OOTPX)

I have manually kicked the system, you now have two OOTP10 licenses, and with a little luck you will also have received an email with your license details. If you have any further problems please post back.

Re: Never Received License (OOTPX)

You are doing nothing wrong. I can see from the system trace that my server got a read error from the PayPal server when they tried to notify me of your purchase. This is a very unusual event, but it is catered for. PayPal will try to notify me again as the transaction did not complete correctly. I ...

Re: Mac OOTPX Licence Issue

Hi, Firstly, have you got the latest version of the game. The last build was 10.1.16. You should see the build number at the top left if the screen as it starts. Second have you read through this FAQ as it covers most of the issues people have. http://www.pisd.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2 Also...

Re: Quick Question

Hi, As most of the content on these pages is typed by anyone translating it manually is not a practical option. The PISD staff offering support only talk English fluently so a post in another language is not going to be very useful. All that said, there is a way. You can use and automated translatio...

Re: Serials for multiple platforms (1 for a MAC and 1 for a PC).

Hi, At the present time we (being PISD) only deal with Mac and Linux sales. All Windows sales are handled separately and therefore out of our control. There are plans to unify all three platforms around the PISD webstore but this has not happened yet. At the moment I am not aware of a way you can bu...

Re: Registration failure

I am not sure why you get eSellerate errors as OOTPX on the Mac does not use eSellerate. Can you make sure you have got patch 1 installed. Then read this post to see how to reset your license if it is still stuck.

Re: Linux OOTP Licence Issue

I have the same problem; I updated my graphics card driver and now OOTPX says my license is invalid, and asks me to re-enter it. I enter my license, hit OK, it thinks for a minute, then disables the OK button. Should I submit a release request for that license? This is the same issue that affected ...

Re: Mac OOTPX Licence Issue

I have found and fixed this issue and it will be in the first patch. In the meantime a pre-patch release has been made available for mac users that addresses this issue. You can download this pre-patch release here: http://www.ootpsupport.com/mac_fix/OOTP10.app.zip The best way to install this pre-p...
