Can you email your license serial number to someone@pisd.co.uk and I will take a look.

Before you do, please make sure you are trying to license the Linux version of OOTP with a code from the PISD Westore. If not you need to contact OOTP Developments.

You do not need to manually copy anything when you import v2.5 saved game. The import button on the create game dialog does everything for you as the file formats are different. Its not simply a case of copying the data need converting at the same time.

Re: PayPal Login

If I understand you correctly you are having trouble with the PayPal website. I am not able to assist with their web pages and suggest you try contacting PayPal technical support. We are trying to set up an alternate pay system, which has been developed and tested, we are simply awaiting for the ban...

I suspected you would have to do that. Once it has been released you should be up and running again fine. If it gets stuck again let me know before you release it and I will look into whats happening.

Re: Game Unlicensed on it's own

Keep me informed with how you get on. It may also be worth reading through the FAQ at the top of this forum. It explains how to fix a "stuck" license as I think thats what has happened. I made a couple of changes to 10.2.18 to stop licenses getting stuck. If your license gets stuck again w...

I am back from Germany and I have looked at your license string. I can't see anything wrong. Are you still having trouble? If so please send me another offline string like before so I can look to see if anything has changed.

Re: Mac OS X v. 10.5.8 License Issue

Thank you I have got your manual register string. You are the second person to have issue with 10.2.18 build so there must be something strange happening. I am flying out to Germany later today to meet with the OOTP development chaps which means I am unsure when I will be able to work through you is...

However I have done as you asked and refunded your licenses. OOTP Developments will transfer the money back into your a...

Ahhh, got it! Thanks for you help I have found and fixed the issue. It was your bluetooth adapter upsetting the license lock. I have submitted the fix so you should get it in the next patch. Meanwhile I have reset your first license, but not your second just in case you still able to use it. In futu...

As I said in your last topic thread your licenses look fine. I have just downloaded and installed the latest OOTP10 release and used both your license numbers to successfully license the game. They both worked flawlessly first time. This means there must be something else going wrong. When you used ...

Did it ask you to re-enter your license or did it say it was unlicensed? Do you have the latest build of the game? You can check this in the top left of the starting screen. Also make sure you have read the FAQ at the top of this forum as it can help with most issues. If nothing helps, use your seco...

Re: Something wrong to enter a license key (serial number)

The serial number pattern 99X-9-XX-99-99 is not exactly correct although it did match earlier serial numbers. The serial number is simply 5 hexadecimal numbers separated by dashes, so "hex-hex-hex-hex-hex" is the right pattern. This means the serial number you indicated is a valid and corr...

Hi, As most of the content on these pages is typed by anyone translating it manually is not a practical option. Hi, At the present time we (being PISD) only deal with Mac and Linux sales. All Windows sales are handled separately and therefore out of our control. There are plans to unify all three platforms around the PISD webstore but this has not happened yet. At the moment I am not aware of a way you can bu...

I am not sure why you get eSellerate errors as OOTPX on the Mac does not use eSellerate. Can you make sure you have got patch 1 installed. Then read this post to see how to reset your license if it is still stuck.
