Unfortunately, my expensive gaming laptop (Toshiba Qosmio X8750-Q7290 keeps getting a BSOD. Therefor I had to restore my computer to factory settings. I can download the link, but I don't have anymore valid licenses. what's my next step as I've have Title Bout since 1981(board game Avalon Hill) and have bought every electronic version of the game. I sure hope I wont have to purchase the licenses again.

Are you using TB2013? If so you can use the same licences. Try to use the same one as before and if it fails you should have a spare serial number on your account. If both are in use you can request a release on either of the licences. See this FAQ for more information on releasing a stuck licence..
