UPDATE Question!

I had just posted another topic about updating my 2013 version 1.2 to 1.4 I also Play Title bout 2.5 version, when I updated the 2013 1.2 to 1.4 it caused an issue with my serial wanted me to add it again to get into it.
MY New question here is, if I Update the Fighter Database on my 2.5 version, will affect anything that's saved and in place in that version,t hat I've been playing a long time, will overwrite any changes for instance that I've made in a few fighters, like for example, increasing a particular fighters Power from say a 7 to a 8 or 9 or something like that, will the updated database overwrite things like that and if so, will it affect anything else I have saved.
