How long does it take to get a post posted?

I've entered at least three posts in the past week looking for a pdf copy of the Title Bout 2013 manual. Apparently none of these have been approved for posting because they are nowhere to be seen. How long does it take? If I need to contact the Forum Administrator how do I do that? I don't see anyway to do that in the FAQ. Thanks!
