Bought Mac license for OOTPX - No email confirm & no license

Hi. I bought an OOTPX license for MacOS. I logged in thru the webstore, paid via PayPal, got a valid PayPal receipt for the transaction, but the fact that I purchased a license doesn't show up in the PISD account. I never received an email from PISD with my license code, and it doesn't show up in my "past transactions" or "licenses". So, I basically feel like I just paid $39.99 for nothing. Can you please help? Thanks.

I have checked your account and it seems your license has come through. It can take PayPal a while to inform me of a payment especially when their servers are busy. Your payment was held up on the PayPal servers.
