I purchased Title Bout Championship Boxing 2013. However, when I try to install the game I get this message:
Installation Error
Failed to write file c:\program files(x86)\tbcb\tbcb.exe to disk
would you like to continue or stop whiile you reloacte the problem?
Continue Quit

What do I do to resolve this issue? I had previously purchased the game yesterday buy didn't get credit for my voucher. P.I.S.D. refunded my purchase price to paypal and told me to buy the game again and the voucher would then apply. I did that, but should I have uninstalled the previous version before installing the new one??

You are getting that error as you don;t have rights to write files into that directory. There are two options, first select "Run as admin" rather than double clicking on the installer. Second, select a custom installation folder.

Personally I would ask the installer to install the game to c:\tbcb2013

I also noticed that my game is 32bit, my computer is 64 bit...will that be an issue?

The installer is 32bit, but on a 64 bit system it will install 2 .exe files. By default selecting the start menu item will start the 64 bit exe. If you have need of it the 32 bit exe will be in the installed folder. Either should work, but obviously the 64bit exe will be faster on a 64bit PC...
