I did a destructive restore on my previous computer that had this installed, then I got a new computer...
So I wanted to give the game another go, but now it gives me error 11: I have used all the licenses I'm entitled to...
I'll be happy to send my old license to whoever to legitimize my claim. I just want to play the game again. It's been a while.

That does not sound like a Webstore error code to me. Are you having trouble with TB2.5 by any chance? If so I am afraid you need to contact OOTP as thats before my time. I don't have access to any of the OOTP licensing technology.
