I could not solve the problem with license.

I tried to solve the problem....
However, I failed to do....
As you know, my serial number is unusual...
Could you change my serial number if you can?
Because it is not used condition.
please, help me....
I have a hard time.....
I`d like to play this great simulation game....
I hope that everythings gonna be ok....

manually register was also failed..
they said "Offline Registration Result

An error occured handling your request. Please check the string you just entered and that you used the correct serial number in the game."

plz.....help me....

As I said in your last topic thread your licenses look fine. I have just downloaded and installed the latest OOTP10 release and used both your license numbers to successfully license the game. They both worked flawlessly first time. This means there must be something else going wrong. When you used the manual registration did you close the request dialog while you went to the website? If you close and reopen the dialog it will not work.

Can you do a manual license again, but this time paste the string into an email or private message and send it to me. I will then look at it and see if I can work out why its failing to work.
