Problems with Blacklist

I recently changed the compatibility setting for my copy of Title Bout Championship boxing. I was prompted to reenter my license. I then decided that the prior setting, Windows 8, was correct. I changed it back and was again prompted to reenter my license which I did. I got a message that my license was "blacklisted" because it was used on another computer. How do I fix this?

I decided to use another license for the game. This worked but when I go to my licenses in my account both licenses are listed as being in use on the same computer, the one that worked and the one that is blacklisted. Should I just request release of the blacklisted license?

if the game is starting you are fine to leave it. However you might wish to request a release on the blocked one in case you have a similar problem in the future.

ALso, if you release the license from the game settings before you change the windows 8 settings it stops the blacklist in the first place.
