How do I release license online?

I have upgraded my Mac from Leopard to Snow Leopard and have effectively crippled my OOTP X. When I go to preferences to unlicense my game, I get an error message that says: "Could not read a valid serial number from your config file. Please visit the web store and release the license online." Great. I looked all over the web store and couldn't find anything that showed me how to that. How do you do this?

The section you need is this:
Q. My license has got stuck what can I do?

A. You need to login to your account (http://www.pisd.co.uk/go/page?Webstore). If you have forgotten your login details see the top of this page. After you have logged in you will see your account page. Scroll down to the licenses section, you will see all your licenses listed. In the details of each license is the hostname of the computer you have locked that license too with a "Request Release" button next to it. You can select this button to release a stuck license, however it is for emergency use and is only available a limited number of times. Only use this feature if you really are stuck.
If you are still unable to fix you problem send me your serial number/username privately and I will have a look for you.
