License Problem

I recently had to wipe my one laptop in which I had OOTP 10 on it. After downloading the program again on a new laptop, I tried to use my order ID to activate the product and install the license, but I got an error message saying I have no licenses left for the product. I only licensed it once on my former PC and I am wondering how I can have this resolved without having to purchase the game again. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. When you say PC do you mean a Windows PC? If so, it does not use the PISD Webstore system so you will need to speak to OOTP Developments. If you are not on windows are you Linux or Mac?
