So, setting up a universe with all randomly generated fighters at each career stage. I have Auto-aged and all. Does Year Offset make any difference to this universe or would that only apply to the default fighters? IN such a league where I want aging to be as natural as possible, do I need to use CSA or not or will it make a difference?

Offset is for setting the year that the universe starts. Thus you can choose your era.

As for CSA, If you have auto-aging, I don't think you'll need it. Though I've been wrong on occasion...
