Boxers speed adjustment?

Is there anyway to adjust a boxers speed, to make them faster or slower either of hand or foot?... I ve been wondering about this as its such a big thing in boxing but there doesn't seem to be anything for its adjustment on in the edit unless I'm missing it. Also is there a way to make a boxer switch from orthodox to southpaw during a fight?... again this is something which would make a big difference with fighters profiles....
