Licensing Problem
I purchased TBCB 2013 but have been unable to register it. I have tried online and offline registration. The game starts loading fighters, venues etc and almost reaches 100% but then it stops and I get a message that "TBCB.exe has stopped working." The program then closes.

If you are getting far enough to load the fighters the licensing has completed sucessfully. The crash you are seeing is a known issue and has been fixed, it will be available in the next build, RC6. In the meantime, if you start a game will all fighters selected, men and women in all divisions, the game will start. After which you can go to the fighters table a deleted the fighters you are not interested in.
