EXPIRED LICENSE

Post by fighting fisherman »

When I attempt to open TBCB to continue a tournament that I started this summer a panel appears indicating that my license has expired. Every attempt to re-enter my license number has been without any good result? I would appreciate it if PISD would re-validate my license or give me instructions that will allow me to continue with the tournament I have started. I could uninstall TBCB from my computer and attempt to register my other license but I would be PISD to have to do that.

The "out of date" issue has been resolved in v1.3, but in previous versions it is cleared by reconnecting your pc to the internet and restarting the game. If your PC is standalone then manually release and re-enter your licence.

I am running the 2013 release version 1.2 that I bought this summer in July or August.
I am connected to the internet. I have entered my license in the field provided at the LICENSING panel (See License is out of date) and repeatedly pressed the TRY AGAIN button with no result until I finally QUIT.
This advice has not been helpful.
I need to know how to restart TBCB now to continue my tournament and not lose the previously saved data.

It seems you are having the same issue as other please see the comments on this thread:

I suspect there is a network issue happening here, but I need to find out where. Don't worry about your saved game it will not be lost due to these licensing glitches.

I gladly open TBCB this morning and returned to my tournament. Thanks for fixing the licensing issue.
