License not showing up

I purchased the game today and my license isn't showing up it says "no licenses purchased" and the payment has already been taken on my credit card. I'd like for this to be corrected ASAP.

Ahhh, after a lot of spinning in circles I have work out what happened. You purchased a gift code rather than a copy of the game. There is a big red warning telling you when you select the gift code option to stop you selecting it by mistake. The Idea is you can now send this code to someone else allowing them to get the licenses you just bought them.

You can tell that you bought a gift code by selecting the "My Transactions" tab, and just under the record of your payment is this line:
Discount Code: xxx-xxxxx-xxx Unclaimed

The xxx-xxxxxx-xxx represents the gift code you are to give to the person you bought the game for. The Unclaimed at the end tells you that person has not yet claimed the code.

I am guessing from your post you did not intend to buy this as a gift. In which case the fix is very easy, claim your own gift code. See here:

You need to follow the answer to the questions "Q. I have been given a discount code, what do I do with it?"
