license failure

I just purchased a license and i am trying to enter into the game; but I can't even get the first number in and it says "try again". I have tried cut and paste but it doesnt work, and I tried checking manual offline, but same result. I have windows 8. I just bought the game today.

I would suggest you start here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2 and see if that covers your issue.

Also, I would suggest closing then restarting the game and try again to enter the license. If nothing on the link works then please post here so that Paul can take a closer look at the situation.
