game crash

Hi All not sure if anyone can help, only recently got this and for some reason its just started crashing every time i try to load a fight. it has been fine until now

Could you please provide us with more information so we can help you out?. What were you doing when the game crashed, from what menu, which operating system, etc. Thanks.
