Hi,
As most of the content on these pages is typed by anyone translating it manually is not a practical option. The PISD staff offering support only talk English fluently so a post in another language is not going to be very useful.
All that said, there is a way. You can use and automated translation tool such as this one http://babelfish.yahoo.com/. All you need to do is copy the web address into the correct place on that website and it will translate the page for you.
