License activation - Title Bout 2013

I've purchased and installed the 2013 Title Bout game and have come to the license activation window. I've typed my license number (one of the two) in the appropriate box, but have been unable to activate. In fact, I am not sure which icon to click (or step to take) at this point. I've looked about the forum for a solution, but I fear my question may be too basic.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I'm eager to get going with the 2013 game.

Thank you very much; it worked perfectly! I may have been entering the license number incorrectly. Ready to go now.
