Discount Voucher for Title Bout

I'm having trouble getting the discount voucher for Title Bout. I entered my order number from my previous purchase. It returned a discount code that included the date of my previous order. When I entered the discount code into the voucher box, it said that the discount voucher was not found. I entered it several times knowing that the entry was case-sensitive. It is not giving me the discount.

I'm at a loss as to what to do.
