I purchased two licenses and each time I try to download my Norton virus protection program kickis in and prohibits the installation.

I don't have much experience with Norton so I can't comment on how or why it does this. I would disable Norton, install, then re-enable Norton. If you downloaded directly from the pisd webstore then it will be safe. It was cross built on Linux, so its not been on another Windows PC to pick up a virus!

Alternitively you could contact Norton for an explanation on this feature and how to set it up to allow the installation. What is the exact error you are getting? Maybe you could upload a screen shot so I can see what Norton is complaining about.
