I've used tbcb 2013 a few times with no issues. Now when I open it says "Your license has been blacklisted on this system as it is in use elswhere." I have not installed it or activated it on any other computer. Any help would be appreciated.

This can happen when something changes on your system which makes the webstore think its a different computer. If you read this faq there is a section on what you need to do:

If this happens again in the future please email me at someone@pisd.co.uk BEFORE you release your license along with your serial number and I will look into why your system is triggering this..
