licence key on OOTP14

I just bought OOTP14 and I entered the key it gave me and it keeps saying its invalid. I tried It a bunch of times. How do I get the licence to work?
Can you email your license serial number to someone@pisd.co.uk and I will take a look.
Before you do, please make sure you are trying to license the Linux version of OOTP with a code from the PISD Westore. If not you need to contact OOTP Developments.
