Hi,
I bought the game a couple of days ago, the first time I played it was fine, but the second time it said 'licence blacklisted' so I used my other one, and that worked. Can I use either one, or do I use the one, what happens to my other licence if it is not active?

You can use either licence, so as long as one of them is working you are good to go. Your unused licence will not change all the time it remains unused. If its blacklisted it will remain that way until you deal with it. However all the time your current licence works you wont need it. See here for more information on blacklisting:
