Purchased the game today. Received the license's in emal. Now unable to log onto the website to download the game. it keeps saying my user name and password are wrong.

Try entering your email here:
https://www.pisd.co.uk/sgo/webstore/login-failure

It will send your password to you. Make sure you type everything in the correct case as the webstore is case sensitive. If you are still unable to log in, please send your username and password to someone@pisd.co.uk and I will check yout your account for any errors.

I just replied, your account is working and I can log in. Check the FAQ for a known issue with web browser caching..
