my license has been blacklisted

hello,
when i try to enter the game, a message appears saying "your license has been blacklisted on this system as it is in use elsewhere".
but my license isn't in use elsewhere, so, why is this happening?

If your computer looks different for some reason the webstore thinks its a different computer. Sometimes system updates can cause this amongst other causes. There is a section in the FAQ about blacklisting:
