Can't Login

I have bought the 2 licenses for Title Bout 2013 and i cannot login to download the game. I know of the cache problem and have tried firefox and chrome. The ad block is off and no other extensions are on.

I am sure my username and password are correct because i used the login failure page. The login window opens, I type my username and password and hit enter/click login and it disappears for a second then reappears. I cannot access my game download and would like help or a refund.
