Purchased game, cant download, webstore wont recognize m

good day sirs, i just purchased game and cant download it because it asks me for me webstore log info i enter it it wont recognize it. I tried it on internet explorer and chrome and have the same results. please advise whats wrong so i may download and register my license. thank you
