How Do I Get The 2013 Title Bout Manual?

The link on the Support page just gives me a "404 error" message. I've been able to get on a site which brings up the manual but there seems no way to print it all at once. All I've been able to do is to print each page separately even if I select ALL from my printer command. Thanks!

I can't see where the 404 error is, could you post a link to the page wiht the error so I can fix it.
There is no print-all option on the manual as it is not a complete document. It is a Wiki which enables more than one person to update or improve the document at the same time.
