Discount Voucher not accepted

I purchased TBCB2.5 from OOTP in 2008. I have also previously purchased TBCB2013. I obtained a discount voucher number as instructed on the PISD web page. However, when I enter it, I receive a message stating "voucher not found, be sure you are entering code correctly". I am entering the code correctly, but it is not accepted. What's up?
