Does anyone review these posts?

Are these posts still reviewed? I posted two questions that didn't seem to be answered by videos we were referred to. One of my questions was posted over a week ago. I know we were told not to send questions directly by email and that they would be answered more quickly by simply posting the question in this forum but that does not seem to be the case.
