License Problems

Hello there,
I have a problem with my license.
When I try to enter my code, it wont allow me to enter all the digits.
My serial seems to be one digit too long for the serial code.
The code itself is 21 digits long and 20 digits (dashes included)
I tried copy paste it and I tried typing it in by hand, but it still won´t work.
I also tried to activate it with offline registration, but it won´t work either, because the system tells me:

"ERROR: Could not create socket: Connection refused"

I even turned off my firewall and my anti - virus software in the process, but it´s still not working.
I would be glad for any piece of advice, to solve the problem.

I have just changed a few serial numbers that were too big to work with TBCB. If you are having trouble entering your serial number because its too long, log into your webstore account to find your new serial number(s).
