New Career Mode

I share your pain.. I have been distacted with OOTP commitments lately, however work on the Career Mode has started and will restart as soon as I am able. Like you I want to play it too! Problem is I need to write it first...

I have started to work on TBCB again, tho I am also doing some OOTP patch support as well. So although I am not at full speed I am progressing again! I am in the process of testing the new database systems to support the new game mode. So fingers crossed...

Hi Paul, I was just wondering how far along you are with writing the career mode aspect of the game and how it's gone so far?

From what I've been hearing testers have been working with the Alpha version of the game as Paul continues working with it (time permitting). He has said he's hoping to have a beta version for public testing out this year. I'm not a programmer by any means but I imagine this is a very laborious task coding all this data by yourself. We were all hoping that his meeting with a potential new financial source would expedite matters. No good news on that front apparently.

Thanks Cap, it's nice to be in the loop somewhat. I have not coding skills myself but can only imagine how difficult it must be without manpower and resorces

I wonder if the career aspect will have a similar look to ootp? I've just seen screenshots from that game for the first time today but it looks impressive
