Ok, Seems your saved game was found but there is something wrong in the file itself. Where did you get the gamedata file from? Maybe try copying it again. If you use FTP make sure the transfer was in Binary mode.

OK, I have checked the code and it uses DirectX to open the sound card. I suggest you use DXDiag or whatever the equivalent is for windows 10, to check your direct sound drivers.

Check your system memory. If you are not running out of memory, remove and reinstall the game.

if the game is starting you are fine to leave it. However you might wish to request a release on the blocked one in case you have a similar problem in the future. ALso, if you release the license from the game settings before you change the windows 8 settings it stops the blacklist in the first place.

When you get the error you should see some red text appear. It should start "PD" and then have a number after it. What is that red text?

TB3 is much more stable than TB2013 even in its buggy Alpha stage. My first job on TB3 was to re-write the database structure, including the online tools, to fix a lot of the data issues. Most of the bugs are logical ones and not crashes or Database errors. So at least that is solid!

I have just found and fixed an issue on MacOS where the game would open a window and then crash straight away. There was an error about a touch bar which struck me as unusual. I managed to create a work around by removing the splash.png file in the data folder. This stopped the splash screen opening...

The TB2013 installer is about 102/102 Mb on disk. You don;t say which platform/web-browser you are using, but it sounds to me that the download had not finished. Check your browsers download notifications to see how far along it had got.

Hi, there is a known issue when using the RFG on an empty fighter table. The RFG uses the current fighters in the database to 'tune' the new fighters stats. The best work around is to start a game will all fighters, add them to a new group, for example "delete me". Run the RFG to create yo...

Have you tried the "update from pool" option? The problem is the game assigns an ID to each table at load time and creating the right ID is difficult. It should work with TB2015 as it uses a GUID to link the records to reduce these kinds of problems.

Thanks for clearing this up for me... I did not realise it was an issue... Seems firefox will use '\' or '/' fine as long as you don't use both in the same URL. Mixing them causes problems as it get confused. I will look at fixing this for the next version.

that's strange... I developed the log file using firefox so of the three browsers I would expect firefox to be the one that worked! Needless to say it works fine here in my firefox browser. I looks to me that it is not finding some of the support files on disk. Right click on the broken header image...

Updating the fighter database will copy the latest online data to your data pool. This is used when starting a new game only, so it should not affect any running games. I have recently changed the online server, see this post:
